October 2019 Post YM-Hosted Bowling Tournament/Mixer

Our Post Young Members (YMs) are hosting a Bowling Tournament/Mixer on Friday, October 25, at the University Bowl for everyone as follows:

• Tournament Start: 6:00 pm

• Registration Check-in: 4:30 - 5:30 pm

• Check-in by 5:00 pm and get 15 minutes of practice time

• Registration /Sponsorships include 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, food, 2 drink tickets and complimentary free round of bowling for the future

• Spectator Registration includes food, 2 drink tickets and complimentary free round of bowling for the future

• Prizes will be awarded for the high score and first place team

• Please remember to wear socks if you are planning to bowl

• All proceeds from the event will go to our college scholarship program, SAME E&C Camp student sponsorships and to support our other STEM activities

REGISTRATION/SPONSORSHIPS

There are a variety of registrations/sponsorships available for the event.

• The deadline to register as a participant is Wednesday, October 23, 5 pm

• The sponsorship deadline has been extended to Friday, October 18, 12 noon. For those who register for a sponsorship, please also send a high-resolution company/agency logo to Marie Masbad at Marie.Masbad@specprosvs.com.

The following table shows the various registrations and sponsorships available. You must pay in advance for your registrations/sponsorships.

CANCELLATIONS

After the October 14 and 23 deadlines, all sponsorships/registrations are FINAL and you are financially responsible for the ones you made.

If you cancel by the deadline for the sponsorship/registration you made, you will be issued a refund of your payment minus the applicable Eventbrite processing fees. After the deadline, there will be no refunds and only substitutions are allowed.

You can cancel your reservations by sending an email to the Registration POC at samesatx@gmail.com.

Please be sure you receive a confirmation after your request a cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the Registration POC at (210) 884-9731.
